Advanced Wound Care, Digitized

Wound assessment and monitoring for clinical teams

About uiKare

uiKare is wound-care documentation software for healthcare providers. Clinical staff photograph and measure a wound at the point of care on a mobile device, and the images and measurements are recorded against the patient's record so healing can be reviewed over time and across visits.

It has two parts: a mobile application used at the bedside on iOS and Android, and a web application where clinic administrators manage patient records, reporting, and their own staff.

uiKare is currently in pilot with healthcare providers and is not yet generally available.

Accounts are created by invitation only

uiKare has no public sign-up. Every account belongs to a named member of clinical staff at a specific healthcare provider. A clinic administrator adds a colleague by email address, and uiKare sends that person one invitation email containing a single-use link to set up their sign-in credentials.

That invitation is the only email uiKare sends to clinical staff. We send no marketing email, no newsletters, and no bulk email of any kind. Recipient addresses are entered by a clinic administrator and are never purchased, scraped, or imported from third-party lists. An administrator can revoke a pending invitation at any time.

Volume is low by nature: a handful of messages per clinic while staff are being set up, and none afterwards unless a new colleague joins the team.

Point-of-care capture

Wound photographs and measurements taken at the bedside on a phone or tablet, without transcribing from paper afterwards.

Healing over time

Each assessment is recorded against the patient, so a wound can be reviewed across visits rather than judged from the latest photograph alone.

Clinic-scoped by design

Staff see only their own clinic's patients. Access is granted by that clinic's administrator and can be withdrawn the same way.
